天冷就回来 If There’re Seasons

去年10月19日（星期四），10个小时，20位工作人员，全挤在小小的空间完成了演出的摄影工作。依据原定计划棚内拍摄完毕后，将迁移户外，谁知老天不作美，下了一场连绵大雨，打乱了我们的工作程序，导演突发奇想，作了许多应该发生在户外的拍摄，想知道我们如何取巧完成宣传海报和宣传照的工作吗？看看以下的幕后点滴…

天冷，很感冒

看来“含有同性恋元素”是会让这个社会鼻子过敏的字眼，甚至像飞镖那样，可能成为一种伤害的理由。只要将“同性恋”搬上台面，就算没有什么大不了的事，沾上边的人都必须做个样子贴上标签自保；这个社会的拥抱有时很假。

读到华语音乐剧《天冷就回来》在重演时，必须为剧情中“少量成人议题”附上“忠告”（advisory）的报道，我觉得很荒谬。不是因为该剧在2007年演出时，媒体发展管理局（MDA）针对同样剧情没有提出任何必须标上分级或忠告的要求，而是当局这一次决定推翻自己的理由。

据《联合早报》1月6日的报道：“（2007年）演出后一名读者在报上反映，这出戏含有同性恋的元素，要求为该剧分级或附上信息，警告观众演出中的（同性恋）内容。媒体发展管理局因此决定：今年《天冷就回来》演出必须附上“观众忠告”，提醒剧情“含有少量成人议题”等字眼。”

当局真的是应一名读者的要求，就改变立场了吗？或者早在2007年演出前其实就应该附上“忠告”，却开一只眼闭一只眼？又或者是，只要有人投诉，就要做点事？我宁可相信，当局最初的判断是“还ok啊”，所以过关。最怕是 Read the rest of this entry »

从最初的概念到呈现在舞台上的完成品，其过程又如何？

为配合华语音乐剧《天冷就回来》的演出，实践剧场特为学生设计，有关音乐剧制作过程的入门课程—Gaga音乐剧工作访。学生参加这项工作坊，将有机会学习如何去欣赏音乐剧，了解专业的音乐剧是如何搬上舞台？学生还可以在专业老师的指导下，学习——

· 如何为音乐剧赋予生命，选择适当的歌曲和音乐？
· 剧本的创作——在艺术与制作方面有什么考量？
· 如何甄选演员
· 从灯光、布景、服装到剧场，从概念设计到实际操作，应该注意些什么？

这绝对是学生“步入”（接触）音乐剧世界的绝佳机会！参加工作坊的同学还可以优惠价购得门票（限最高3种票价），并在演出后参加特设的后台导览！

The Theatre Practice’s sold out Mandarin musical If There’re Seasons … returns in 2009! As part of our musical outreach we have specially designed an introductory course on musicals – the Musical Gaga!

Under professional guidance, students will learn how to stage a musical and in the process learn:

· The Life of the Musical: How to choose the right songs and music
· From Page to Stage: How the script is born, and the artistic and production considerations
· The Audition: Who sings what, and WHY
· LIGHTS, SET, COSTUME… THEATRE! From conceptual design and planning to execution

With so much to do, this is definitely a great opportunity to go GAGA about musicals especially since workshop students will get discounts off cat 1-3 ticket prices and an exclusive backstage tour after watching the performance!

我团非常失望国家艺术理事會(NAC)取消了新加坡赛马博采局艺术基金和吉宝之夜提供给学校的门票津贴。

取消津贴的原因是因为媒体发展管理局(MDA)决定演出必须附上‘观众忠告’剧情‘含有少量成人议题’。

订于今年4月重演的华语音乐剧《天冷就回来》，由于内容含有“少量成人议题”，新加坡赛马博彩局的艺术基金（TOTE）和“吉宝之夜”（Keppel Nights），都取消了该剧的门票津贴。

《天冷就回来》以梁文福的经典词曲作为灵魂，由著名剧作家杜国威执笔剧本，主要描写一群年轻人在寻梦的路上，共同谱写的一段爱情和友情故事。该剧于2007年8月在戏剧中心首演，创下了19场爆满的盛况。
据悉，《天冷就回来》2007年演出时，媒体发展管理局并没有提出任何分级或忠告。但是，演出后一名读者在报上反映，这出戏含有同性恋的元素，要求为该剧分级或附上信息，警告观众演出中的（同性恋）内容。媒体发展管理局因此决定。。。详情。。。

A Storm in the Seasons…

We’re very disappointed that the Tote Board Arts Grant subsidy and the Keppel Nights scheme have been withdrawn from the show by the National Arts Council.

The withdrawals were due to the inclusion of an advisory of “Some Mature Content” for the musical by the Media Development Authority (MDA).
We’ve issued a media statement on this matter that was covered by The Straits Times & Lianhe Zaobao on 6 January 2009.

A re-staging of the hit Mandarin musical If There’re Seasons, which has a side plot about a homosexual couple, has received an advisory of ‘Some Mature Content’ from the Media Development Authority (MDA).

The original version, which was put on by local group The Theatre Practice in 2007 with a 19-show sell-out run, had no rating or advisory. As a result of the new advisory, the musical is withdrawn from two schemes.
They are the Tote Board Arts Grant, which subsidises up to 60 per cent of ticket prices for students, and the Keppel Nights scheme, which provides half-price tickets to selected performances.

Written by Hong Kong playwright Raymond To, If There’re Seasons is a dramatic interpretation of the xinyao songs written by influential local composer Liang Wern Fook.
The story centres on A-Le, a young Singaporean man who moves to New York to start a new life. In a side plot, a man named Ah Qiang is jilted by his boyfriend, who then returns to woo Ah Qiang with love songs. They hug… more…

华语音乐剧《天冷就回来》首炮宣传，很荣幸地我们获得指定杂志“优一周”改版号的首期专访！当天我们在报馆大厅恭候石欣卉的驾临，当摄影师拿出他的家伙时，我和子慧（咱们的Marcom）愣了一下，因为镜头如此之大，好像要拍摄外太空的星球。

拍了照片后，当然得看看自己漂亮的靓照咯！看看摄影师大哥稳健的马步，功力十足！

拍摄前，记者、摄影师大哥和石欣卉得相互沟通讨论照片的感觉，之后大伙直达顶层找适合的背景，摄影师大哥一面拍，我也同时在拍，只是马步根基没有他的好，我的是傻瓜数码相机，能偷拍到清楚的照片已经不错了。当摄影师和记者沟通时，也就是我狂拍表现的时候了，石欣卉一点不得闲，只听到你不要动，这样就好！

拍摄完毕后，剩下来的时间当然是应付记者犀利的问题啦！我呢，没闲着，除了插嘴和助理瞎掰外，就只顾着拍照，就这样耗了一个小时。下回有机会再让你看看更加霹雳Bing Biang的幕后一侧。
